However, employers face increased litigation, regulation and legislation. For example, the new U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Guidance on criminal records may change how employers hire. This session will review the top ten trends and best practices for 2013 including EEOC compliance, social networking sites, credit reports, privacy and international checks.
